At Roswell City Hall, Roswell GA, Art. The Roswell Spring Arts and Crafts Festival is a two-day outdoor festival held in historic downtown Roswell. This fall it will have a new headquarters due to the construction of the Roswell town square. The festival will be temporarily moved to the grounds of the City Hall of Roswell.
